Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is as follows:

All product credits purchased have a 365 day expiration policy and are non-refundable.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where an exception for a partial refund is granted:

  • Events in which a company representative acts out in a malicious manor against their represented company to inflict harm. This would require a review by Update Innovators leadership who hold full discretion on wether to approve or deny request.

Refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

In the event a product is no longer needed by the client, Update Innovators leadership team may approve an exchange or transfer of service to another product.
